Truck Fire Closes Two Lanes On Route 78 In Union County: DOT

A truck fire on Route 78 in Union Township on the afternoon of Wednesday, Oct. 2 is causing heavy delays, authorities said.

The truck fire occurred on Route 78 East West of Exit 13 on Union Township and has caused two right lanes of three lanes to be closed, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.

The current travel time is 45 to 50 minutes, the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
